Polpenwith is single storey and on the ground floor with just one or two steps within. Cars may be parked just a matter of a few strides from the front door so the accommodation may suit someone with limited mobility.

• Twin bedroom has a lovely view over the courtyard to the creek and contains twin beds, built in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and convector heater.
• Bathroom with attractive blue and white theme. Bath with electric shower over, washbasin, wc, shaver point, heated towel rail and night storage heater. Stainless steel wire shelving. Tiled floor.
• Laundry room (Shared between Polpenwith and Trenarth). Leading from the inner hall with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a small drying line under cover. There is a separate outside door to the laundry room for guests at Trenarth to use.
• Outside area courtyard, which is for the sole use of Polpenwith with garden furniture. Guests are free to roam the adjoining fields and woodland belonging to Ponsaverran House. There is plenty of room for a car to be pulled in to the gated entrance area and there is a further parking space in the driveway.

Trenarth is approached through a small gate and a short path leads to the front door with two steps up to the front door. The holiday accommodation is single storey and on the first floor with no steps within.

• Galley kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and a rangeof crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Door to Lobby with hot water tank and immersion heater. Doors through to bedrooms and bathroom.
• Double bedroom with double bed, view of the creek, wardrobe, dressing table, chair and night storage heater.
• Twin bedroom with twin beds, overlooking Ponsaverrran gardens. Wardrobe, dressing table, alcove shelf and night storage heater.
• Shower room walk in shower cubicle, washbasin, wc, shaver point and heated towel rail.
• Laundry room (Shared between Polpenwith and Trenarth). Automatic washing,machine, tumble dryer and a small drying line under cover.
• Outside area with parking for one car is provided in part of the driveway of Ponsaverran house. The sitting out area is the small lawn immediately to the side of the cottage opposite the small gate. This is part of the garden of the main house, but there are shrubs providing privacy. Garden furniture is available.
