A Valentine is on its way to you!
For all the romantics amongst our members and friends, the news is good. As Valentine’s Day falls on a Thursday this year, we will be open with a full menu on February 14th, so no tempting one pot wonder that evening. As tables are limited, and I assume most of them will be booked by couples, please let us know early if you wish to dine that night, thanks.
Nigel will not yet be wielding his bow and arrow in lieu of Cupid, but is now at home managing very well on crutches. If he has not responded to your kind messages directly it is because he does occasionally struggle with technology, so I am hoping he will spend his time at home fruitfully! No, seriously folks, many, many thanks for asking after him this last week or so. It is much appreciated!
The menu is slowly evolving in these quieter weeks, so there may be a couple more changes by the 14th.
Plenty of room all weekend, so do pop down if you can…..no snow, just rain to complain about!
Future diary note: we are planning to run another famous Port Navas Yacht Club Brunch on Sunday 31st March to celebrate the change to British Summer Time. It also happens to be Mother’s Day in the UK!
