ALMOST THE SUMMER SEASON…
I was joined by a Robin yesterday.
The new season is almost upon us. Let’s hope that we have a much better one than last year. People are welcome to put their boats on their Summer moorings from Thursday 1st April but please just remember your social distancing.
Seawide Services are coming back to finish the moorings on 29th or 30th of March – so, like the 7th Cavalry, just in time. All Winter Mooring boats need to be off the moorings by 31st March – if you have a problem please contact me at admin@pnyc.co.uk We will try to lay out the beach on 31st March but this depends on when the last of the yachts have gone and the state of the tide – we need a low tide to do it. So it might be done on 1st April. If you find a boat in your space on the pontoon, put your boat in an empty space and let me know asap and we’ll sort it out. If your beach mooring isn’t available, leave your boat on the visitor spaces on the pontoon (by the slip or up past the clubhouse) and again just let me know. It will all work out in the end !
