You might have noticed that over the last week a very large green box – actually a fat trap for the kitchen waste – has been dug in, dug out and finally sunk into the carpark.   This is step one in dealing with an overflowing septic tank.  Part two will happen in the autumn and should lead to an efficient and environmentally friendly solution.  Apologies for the fact that the workmen have had to use the car park.
