PN REGATTA ROWING BOATS

The Helford Regattas have kindly been allowed to “take over” the maintenance of the Children’s Sailing Trust’s five Regatta rowing dinghies. They have been living outside for a number of years and haven’t really been used. Three of The Helford Regattas would like to use these boats each year for the benefit of locals and visitors.  We have sourced an inside storage space for them in Port Navas for the immediate future and they are currently drying out. The next step is to review the boats, decide on what to do and to get a small team of volunteers to work on them (we have a few volunteers already and happy to have more – email Tom at admin@pnyc.co.uk).  What we are really looking for is a Project Manager who is happy to co-ordinate (and not necessarily actually do the physical work) the restoration project. Is there anyone out there that would be interested?  Email Tom at admin@pnyc.co.uk
